2. Take the downloaded .pdf file to a printer like FedEx Office/Kinkos

•   If possible, show a sample with print on both sides
•   Booklets 6.5” x 3.5” with staples
•   Light colored card stock for the cover
•   A booklet for each participant

3. Pay for setup and printing

•  Black and white printing, not color
•  Our setup and printing costs have been about $2.00 per booklet

        PRINT BOOKLETS ON A LOCAL “DUPLEX” PRINTER

  1.   Download Quick Start Booklet.pdf from the link above the Preview

  2.   Send to a printer than can print both sides of pages (Duplex Printer)

•   The first sheet can be light colored card stock for the cover
•   Trim, fold, and staple sheets into a booklet
